Wayne County Board of Elections: Methods to Register

Qualifications to Register

Must be a citizen of the United States.
Must be 18 years old before the next general election..
Must be a resident of Ohio 30 days before the day of the election.

Methods to Register

Register in person at the office of the Board of Elections.
Register when renewing Ohio Driver's License.
Any designated agencies.

Write or call (330-287-5480) the Board of Elections to request forms to register by mail. You can also apply for an Absentee Voter Ballot. For more information and to find out if you should use this method of voting, see the Application for Absentee Voter's Ballot Information Page.

Completed forms must be in the office of the Board of Elections by noon the Saturday before the election.
